I’ll walk you through an initial orientation, Wellness Wheel evaluation and goal setting to get you thinking about how you relate to food, and to give you a benchmark to measure your growth against.
Then each week …
I’ll send you an e-mail letting you know that your material is ready. You’ll click on the link and see your curriculum, which will be a mix of fun videos (yes, I do take you into my pantry), short readings, thought-provoking exercises, tasty recipes and more all laid out for you in your Weekly Lesson Plan. At the end of each week, you’ll log one learning on your “My Progress” chart to adopt and practice the following week.
