The ART (Awesome Rolling Toolbox) Plans are designed to help you build an extremely well designed storage and work trailer.  The 21 detail rich pages will help you build your own tool storage system and keep you organized and efficient. These plans are drawn for a 7x14 trailer, but can be modified to fit any size trailer, to fit in your garage or the shed out back. This organized working setup has been featured in many online and print articles.
The plans are delivered via PDF download and contain BOTH Metric and Imperial measurements.

The Paulk Smart Bench (PSB) is a major evolution for Ron’s Woodworking Bench, bringing together everything he has learned since the original Paulk Work Bench 10 years ago. Portable, Fast & Easy Setup, Solid design, and clean. This bench is everything a mobile woodworker needs and nothing else. Compact in size at just under 3’x6’, but large in capacity. Ron pushed himself to remove anything that wasn’t necessary without giving up any functionality. This truly is The Smart Bench. The SMART Woodshop plans are designed for an 8x12 trailer but can be scaled to fit any size trailer, box truck, van or stationary shop. The plans are delivered in a downloadable PDF format. The Paulk Smart Big Bench (PSBB)
You ask for it and here it is. The PWBII has been around doing a rock solid job since 2013, but it was time to bring it in to the Paulk Smart Family. Like the Paulk Smart Bench (PSB) and the Paulk Smart Station (PSS), it is designed using the world wide industry standard 32mm system and 20mm dog holes. It is deeper, allowing for more subtop tool storage and works with all of the Paulk Smart accessories such as the Paulk Smart Router Table (PSRT) the Paulk Smart Cradle (PSC) and best of all the Paulk Smart Kart (PSK) making it mobile for that perfect balance of a sturdy, large work surface that will get out of your way when the work it done. Be sure to add the Paulk Smart Cradle (PSC) and Paulk Smart Kart (PSK) to your order, to have the best woodworker’s bench you can own. The PSBB plans include plans for the PSBB bench and sawhorse support system. The Paulk Smart Cradle and Paulk Smart Kart are not included with this plan. This bench is designed using the world wide industry standard 32mm system making the bench 2400mm x 1152mm (94.5”x 45 ⅜”) The plan includes separate metric and standard dimension pages, but Ron really encourages you to grab a metric tape measure and stick to metric even if your shop is standard or imperial. Good luck building the Paulk Smart Big Bench but most of all enjoy using is for many, many years.

The Paulk Smart Cross Cut (PSCC)

The Paulk Smart Cross Cut is a revolutionary change to the Smart Cross Cut. It is simpler and less expensive to make, fast to set up and best of all it can remain on the bench adding material support even when cross cutting isn’t necessary. The first Paulk Cross Cut Jig (PCCJ) solved a big problem, but it was clunky and required squaring every time for accuracy. The evolutionary Smart Cross Cut (SCC) improved the design in every way from the original but needed to be removed when changing bench operations, plus it was two parts. Now the PSCC is a single piece doesn’t require squaring ever and doesn’t get in the way of other operations. Install it and forget it until you need it. Efficiency, accuracy, and just plain fun to use. Accurately cross cutting wide material, has been a challenge until now.
