ABOUT THIS SONG Title song that has a reggae feel. It is in the key of C for Root Chakra, but it uses the relative minor A minor, and connects foundation with vision. This addresses the interconnectedness of life long before it hit the esoteric streets and evolved into Oneness. Connections between the natural world and self were something children understood because they had it from the day they arrived. It is a simple song that is easy to sing, repetitive, and catchy...perfect for getting into the subconscious to start the reprogramming. I used the Yamaha DX7 marimba sound and gave it a bit of a feel like a Police song from the 80's. My ex wife Erin sang it with me. She went on to facilitate children's choruses in San Luis Obispo, California after we divorced. This song became a staple in their concerts, always choreographed nicely and featuring solos by a variety of children, including our daughter, Gabriela, when she was just starting to sing at 3 and 4. Cute...cute...cute...The song continues to be a favorite of the children. That delights me, because you really cannot fool children. When they like it it means something special. |
