ABOUT THIS SONG In the late 80's when I started functioning as the primary Music Director at Unity Church in San Luis Obispo, California, I started with the spontaneous creation of short, chant-like singable songs, that would be used in the early moments of the service with the congregation singing. They were easy and singable and a lot of fun. In no time at all they became in demand and even anticipated. I had a 30 mile drive from Cambria to the church and I would simply allow something to blossom from the talk theme. I would take the idea and put it to music when I got there. It was guitar or piano. I would add some voices and some percussion and we would present it that morning. I use the bulk of these songs to this day. The title and idea is based on a common New Thought theme of positivity and celebrating and claiming a thought form to activate the way life shows up. Indeed...Life is Good. |
