ABOUT THIS SONG I worked a lot with the Youth of Unity, or YOU. These teens loved to connect and sing and share. It was easy to craft an action song in E to motivate the circle dances that affirmed and made accessible fun and deep connections. Adding a little bit of jazz scat at the end allowed each participant to improvise after each repetition. |
