This form is designed to ensure that Pennsylvania’s state equine activity act will apply to limit liability for adults engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE THESE AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to use with activity-specific equine liability releases such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts. Because the Pennsylvania state equine activity act only limits liability for adults, there is no youth version of this form.
