Too many of us are on automatic pilot, living the life we have succumbed to through the various programmings that have seeded our days of living. We learn the way it is "supposed to be" through watching others, through allowing advertising to seduce us and drain our resources, by trying to fit in, by doing what everybody else lives, by building a fail safe comfort zone. Fine...one can have an ok life like this...probably done that for many, many incarnations. But, we live in an unprecedented energetic time of change when the cosmic intervention has pushed us all to remember who we are. This Earth is no haphazard creation. It is a living being designed just for us, to support and sustain and provide and love. We are not alone here. We do not have to wallow in the mistakes, the wounds, the what-ifs, the wishin' and hopin'...no, it is time to step off that treadmill and let the lemmings move on to their destiny. Be different. Dance to your own drum. Wake up and live from this now moment. Be conscious...of the bigger picture, of the symbiosis of all life, of the interconnectedness, of the support, of the reliable Universal Laws that lubricate the forms, of just how amazing and powerful and capable you are...by design. This is a serious choice here. Change has arrived. You cannot escape the influence. Learning to flow is the prime directive here. In this flowing we surrender to the inner awakening that redirects our tendencies, disintegrates the patterns, releases the full capacities contained within, activates the emotional literacy, clears and expands the mind, heals the energetic bodies, informs us of the grand design. Not paying attention is no longer an option. The inner and outer contact is incessant on many levels. As a vibrational being we are in sync with everything...if we allow it. Exercise the awareness that delivers your own control of how the forms show up for you, born out of the conscious choices made in this moment, and acted upon without hesitation. Can you imagine that kind of daily experience? If not, you will soon, because it is most surely, on its way. Be conscious of what shows up for you. Your own altar of awareness is the fertile playground that builds the beauty for you. Simplify. Clean out the inner and the outer. Thoughts that no longer serve must go. The debris stacked in the inner and outer corners blocks the flow and creates reduced movement...stagnation. Critters move in. Squatters take over. Before you know it you are prisoner to the routines you did not even know were happening. Take these songs and let them lift you out of the mundane, the patterns, the eddies, the treasured places of resistance, the forgotten. You are so much more than you have allowed. My music has all been thoughtfully created to serve intentional vibrational frequencies. As all is vibration, it follows that specific vibrations can serve specific purposes. The body is made up of atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, organs, and systems all vibrating at certain frequencies that create form, function, and degree of alignment. When energy flow is restricted by the moments of living then vibrational frequencies change, usually diminishing. The restrictions create blockages which can create conditions that demand conscious attention for the purpose of clearing to return to the state of balance.
I write with vibrational intention to create results by resonating with the cells to stimulate them to realign. By choosing song keys that focus on the chakras, I am sending like frequencies to a place that holds the energetic remnants of the blockages. By further aligning rhythm, melody, harmony, and lyric, I provide a powerful medicine to invite and escort the body’s return to wholeness.
