ABOUT THIS SONG It was around Easter time in the early 90's when we had just completed the Jesus pageant with all my great original songs about that story...and there was nothing to do for a day. There was talk about the Sunday Service and the unique Unity Church presentation that would occur in a few days. I thought about the burial tomb and the stone in front of the entrance. Perfect...new song! I knew it needed energy because it was about removing the blockages of energy within and without to reveal the Holy Christ Essence that lives in each of us. Found a good beat and called up synthesizer sounds and put together this chant song. Boy was it fun. It hit the congregation on Easter Sunday and we all walked out with the urge to take conscious action to clear our own path for our personal resurrection. Job well done...now listen to the song and roll that stone away! |
