The Paulk Smart Big Bench Package (PSBBP)

This package has the newest plans that Ron feels are essential to have mobility and flexibility in your Woodshop. However, this package has the Paulk Smart Big Bench (PSBB) which is approx. 4x8, ( instead of the Paulk Smart Bench (PSB) which is Approx 3x6.) This gives you a larger work surface to create your projects.
The five plan package includes: the Paulk Smart Big Bench (PSBB), Paulk Smart Station (PSS), Paulk Smart Kart2 (PSK2), Paulk Smart Router Table G2 (PSRT G2) and the Paulk Smart Cradle (PSC).

The files were designed in Metric and converted to Imperial and show both Metric & Imperial Measurements. They are delivered via downloadable PDF only and available for immediate download. (An $80 value)

Paulk Smart Panel Rig (PSPR)
The Smart Panel Rig is an adjustable support for panels. This includes all cabinet parts for edge banding from spreaders, to sides, bottoms, tops, plus they will convert your Smart Bench into a perfect door bench for any size door. This provides a good support for mortising doors and planing edges. It is easily adjusted for what ever size panel or door you need to work on. If you have any questions take a look at a few of the recent videos where I use the panel rig for a variety of uses.

The Paulk Smart Box Joint Jig (PSBJJ)
The PSBJJ is the Smart Shop version of a well known tool to make box joints with the Paulk Smart Router Table. This jig is fun to use and produces perfect box joints to show off your skills. This jig will also provide an easy way to make a variety of sizes.

The Paulk Smart Big Bench (PSBB)
You ask for it and here it is. The PWBII has been around doing a rock solid job since 2013, but it was time to bring it in to the Paulk Smart Family. Like the Paulk Smart Bench (PSB) and the Paulk Smart Station (PSS), it is designed using the world wide industry standard 32mm system and 20mm dog holes. It is deeper, allowing for more subtop tool storage and works with all of the Paulk Smart accessories such as the Paulk Smart Router Table (PSRT) the Paulk Smart Cradle (PSC) and best of all the Paulk Smart Kart (PSK) making it mobile for that perfect balance of a sturdy, large work surface that will get out of your way when the work it done. Be sure to add the Paulk Smart Cradle (PSC) and Paulk Smart Kart (PSK) to your order, to have the best woodworker’s bench you can own. The PSBB plans include plans for the PSBB bench and sawhorse support system. The Paulk Smart Cradle and Paulk Smart Kart are not included with this plan. This bench is designed using the world wide industry standard 32mm system making the bench 2400mm x 1152mm (94.5”x 45 ⅜”) The plan includes separate metric and standard dimension pages, but Ron really encourages you to grab a metric tape measure and stick to metric even if your shop is standard or imperial. Good luck building the Paulk Smart Big Bench but most of all enjoy using is for many, many years.

The Paulk Smart Cross Cut is a revolutionary change to the Smart Cross Cut. It is simpler and less expensive to make, fast to set up and best of all it can remain on the bench adding material support even when cross cutting isn’t necessary. The first Paulk Cross Cut Jig (PCCJ) solved a big problem, but it was clunky and required squaring every time for accuracy. The evolutionary Smart Cross Cut (SCC) improved the design in every way from the original but needed to be removed when changing bench operations, plus it was two parts. Now the PSCC is a single piece doesn’t require squaring ever and doesn’t get in the way of other operations. Install it and forget it until you need it. Efficiency, accuracy, and just plain fun to use. Accurately cross cutting wide material, has been a challenge until now.

The Paulk Smart Cradle is designed to work with both the PSB & PSS by adding a cradle designed system, to mount your tablesaw to the workbench.
This plan is specifically designed for the Dewalt Flexvolt Tablesaw DCS7485B. 

This design will work with most portable table

saws and other bench top tools. The companion, how to build

video, uses this plan to build a cradle for the Kreg Forman

pocket hole machine. Also, I have used this plan to make

cradles for: Saw Stop Job Site Pro and Ridgid Bench Top Belt

sander. For any tool other than the Dewalt Flexvolt DCS7485B

you will need to make adjustments to fit. Watch the companion
