Presentation Description:

Dr. Marshall will share her experience of running a cash-based, boutique, online practice for the past 10 years.   Many practitioners have come to her wondering whether or not they should shift their practice online.  Dr. Marshall will share her experience and deep heartfelt truths that practicing virtually can be a huge contribution to your business. In addition, she will share how it makes no difference if you don't have these best practices in place. She will also share her general business experience, being trained by dozens of consultants and coaches OUTSIDE the ND medical world. She will share how thinking outside the business box has led to a thriving, successful, word of mouth practice.

Goals and Objectives:

1. Understand that moving to a virtual practice will not automatically rescue your business or your life.
2. Understand how to weigh advantages/disadvantages of practicing virtually.
3. See how you can still deliver the highest and best care through a screen.
4. Understand what a virtual practice won't fix - and what WILL make the difference.
5. Understand that certain business practices can maintain long term relationships with your clients/patients by delivering the best care while providing the greatest financial stability for the practitioner.
