“Show Special” Continuing Medical Education (CME) Webinar Event Advertising
Be a part of our CME event advertising and promotion by offering a targeted product or service “show special” for all registrants, per CME event. We aggressively promote our CE events through multiple Constant Contact email blasts to our list of 3.500 contacts, including hundreds of out-of-state NDs, which averages 550 to 650 opens; and our CME event webpage overview is accessed through our email blasts, Facebook posts and many other promotions. Your promotion will get a wide doctor reach with a high frequency of impressions, and we believe many NDs will take you up on your offer. The steps:
1. Decide which CME webinar you want to be a part of (see lineup here: www.calnd.org/ce-events)
2. Decide which product or service you will discount as a “show special” for our webinar attendees
3. Design custom ads and copy (text) for our Email blast and website promotions:
a. For our Email blast: 575 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall
b. For our CME webpage: 675 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall
c. 150 words or less describing your offer
d. Ideally, your product or service will be related to the webinar CME content
4. You can either A) make the offer available upon the purchase of the webinar, or B) make the offer available after the webinar has concluded.
5. Prior to the start of the webinar, your “show special” will be announced to our webinar attendees.
