ABOUT THIS SONG When one thinks of music from a passion point of view it is likely to lead to Latin music. And from there, the Western world starting point will include La Bamba, that late 50's icon song. So, I went there and modified the motif enough to not get in trouble. Lyrically, I thought of the typical baggage we carry that tends to roadblock any kind of passionate living...and that led to forgiveness. I decided that the quickest route home to passion would be awareness, followed by the intentional invitation for joy to release, and then a huge wash of forgiveness. Does it work? Play this song, sing this song, move to this song...let it do what it is designed to do. Then I will see you down at the dance... |
