ABOUT THIS SONG When Sonia and I did the Psychic Pathway workshops we always reached a point where we needed an exercise to invite the participants to dump their baggage. So, here you go...quite the bouncy ditty to march through the debris you so love to cling to. Time to clean house...we're goin' in with a hearty "heave ho"! As you shall see in this song, most of what we are invited to let go of and give the heave to are our own wayward and worn beliefs. Too much baggage in those norms we kept buying into. And one always got replaced by another in time when the next latest greatest popped into view. Can you imagine the wet dust bunnies from all of that leftover flotsam and jetsam? We have aligned with our own selection from the extensive doctrine of limitations and we compare and judge ourselves in accordance. We move on doing our work to get better and try to reach the ever receding land of good enough. And all of this is in the way of allowing our own intuitive self to trust and flourish. Heave ho! Junk overboard. This song is seriously playful Use it when you clean house or clear out stuff. It will be a frivolous companion to some really essential action living. |
