Fear is a given component, in fact, a foundational component, in the ongoing lives of humans. Most of the fear has been force fed and programmed to be a part of daily life . The result is that we live in fear and do not even know it. As a constant companion we do not see or understand the cost to the body, mind, and spirit. SO, an event like a world wide epidemic triggers very basic survival fears and also the huge reserves of unexpressed moments of living fear that most humans carry. The result...hysteria, hoarding, self preservation actions...
Fear is a basic emotion that can be embraced and experienced. It has a life and is served by expressing it consciously and safely. This article will give you tools to befriend your fear and start to diminish the personal reservoir to allow you to respond to life in alignment with what is before you.
